Cancer, Courage & Crossing Continents with One Woman Walks – Ursula Martin

About the show

Cancer Fitness Club logo CFC Active presents Cancer Fitness Club, an initiative dedicated to building a community promoting, encouraging, and sharing the benefits of exercise and activity for people living with and beyond cancer.

We launched in January 2026 with the Cancer Fitness Club podcast hosted by our founder Mike G, a Cancer Fitness Coach, endurance athlete, and 25-year survivor of blood cancer. Mike’s guests share their lived experiences, bust myths, offer practical guidance, and explain the science around the benefits of exercise and activity for people living with and post cancer treatment.
